Advertisment Streaming Service. I can't tell you how many times I've missed huge chunks of the game because once a set of ads start, they play until they are done. Doesn't matter if the game is back on, doesn't matter if it's the last hair raising play of the game. Nope, gotta finish watching another progressive ad. Terrible experience all around.

Last year when it was free to watch the games I had no issues with the app locking up or dropping the game I was watching. I understand that charging $5 was a business move by the NFL and it wasn't an unreasonable price. However now that this is a paid service the app crashes or locks up multiple time per game. It is very frustrating to have a service regress once it changes from being free to being a paid service.

Everything about this app is slow, notifications often won't load. It's amazing to me that an organization worth so much cares so little about a functioning app. I even paid for plus this season and it was not worth having as you have no idea when the live listen would just stop working for your game. Every time it gets near the 2 minute warning the app becomes unusable with play by play disappearing and updates coming every minute or so. It does have a lot of info if you don't mind waiting.
