Ratings and reviews

Went from one of my most-used apps to nearly unusable. They changed the entire format with no warning to users. The forums don't work. The articles load maybe half the time. Can't have a conversation about sports on an app that's dedicated to conversations about sports. And there's no fix in sight. Time to find a new sports app. I advise you to do the same.

This new update is just not very good. Missing key reports, takes forever to load, have to close it out to load it. The opening BR screen is slow and rather annoying. I cannot load any comments on the forums. My team page continues to get other teams news reports that have no affiliation to my team. I'm trying not to complain because it is new but they seem to make something that worked fine and just destroy it, without considering ux in the process. The UI pretty unfriendly.

New update is HORRIBLE. It doesnt have an available WIDGET to put on your home screen. No notifications. It keeps freezing my phone. The new interface isn't as appealing as their intentions seemed. Someone needs to fix. Like did they do a test or just roll it out????? Uninstalling. Update 3/2 so a month later I install for it be the exact same. The app rating went from a 4 to 2.1.....let that soak in. And the only response...we're trying...1 month later smh
