just came to GBK and everything has changed, gone are most of the gourmet burgers and my favourite has been added to the new smashed burger menu, there were no milk shakes available at the resturant for some reason the staff could not tell us, nobody answered wham we called a member of staff on the table order PDA... all in all, it was probably the worst GBK experience I have ever had...the only thing left which is gourmet are the prices

it's a great burger chain, big selling point for me is that you can order your burger rare if you like it that way (which I do). Most places just cook well done, even the higher end burger restaurants. if you order on the app you get stamps for a free burger and there's often offers on the app. The music is nice and the décor is vibey enough. great kids menu, though kids over 6 or 7 probably want the adult burger size (mine do at least). they should clear the empty tables faster tho, messy.

Absolute, barely usable trash. It takes forever to place an order and the branch of GBK I was in didn't have functioning wifi, at least not that my friend or I could access. Be aware that the menu it presents you with when you pick a resturant is not the menu you order from. You have to go to a separate screen and then tell it, for a second time, what resturant you're in.
