Sweetwaters is a national franchise at this point and there's a reason they're doing well - the quality, although inconsistent at times (at no fault of the operators or staff, thanks covid), is far superior to Starbucks. Each location always has a very laid back vibe and their selection of treats are often from local vendors. The baristas are always very friendly and the few times they miss a detail it's very obviously due to staffing turnover that's happening everywhere. I love the ice dragons.

Either add a feature for stores to mark items when they're out of stock, or don't sell these items that are, somehow, always out of stock. No matter the day, time, stores somehow NEVER have pastries of multiple types in stock. Do I have to call into a store everytime I order online/app just to verify if a store has items in stock?

This app could use some improvement. I can't store a gift card to pay, and it's nearly impossible to find where to put promo codes when ordering. Apparently, the promo code has to be added on the main screen before any order is placed.
