Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

Can't even register, server did not respond, and the representation on how to enter mobile number is wrong, it shows to add a dash - between code and number, but a dash - can't b added in the number text field. I just got this far in the app, and then Uninstalled it, kindly fix the issue I will try the app after few months again. Using Nokia 6.1 having android 10, hope my feedback helps.

On opening the app, firstly i was facing the problem that documents were not attaching correctly (0 bites shows), after a long time when the documents were uploaded, i was un-able to download despite givinig all permissions on mobile app. Page says that "adroid.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE". I am also facing all these problems on web and unable to download or upload any voice or document.

After recent update I'm facing an issue, I can't upload images or videos with a complaint, app is showing an error that "allow storage permission" even I have already allowed storage permission & all other permissions. And app is very slow & taking so much time to load any thing. Kindly resolve these issues as soon as possible.
