Goyzer Inspection is designed to help property managers conduct inspections from their mobile phones.
The Goyzer inspect is connected to the Goyzer Real estate management system which allows your inspection
results to be communicated to the core system in real time.
You can take pictures of rooms and items and give ratings according to the condition of the property.
You can also create separate notes of either the item or the overall condition of the property.
Preview of the whole inspection can we viewed before getting a sign off from the tenant which allows
complete transparency in the whole process.
Creating Inspection templates are a walk in the park and can be customized as per each individual
situation and property.
All inspection templates are saved and shared automatically with all the relevant parties involved.
