Worst cab experience ever. The car was very old and badly damaged. During the trip, the cab got punctured two times, and it was raining heavily, which made the situation even worse. There was no stepney (spare tyre) in the car, which is extremely unsafe and irresponsible. Luckily, I did not miss my flight, but it was very stressful and risky. I would strongly suggest never booking this cab service. Please be careful and choose a safer option. Very disappointing experience.

i have booked my cab one day prior and they told me, that the driver will be assigned it is a guarantee, but no driver was assigned, i tried calling them multiple time, but nobody picked up, at last they send message that no driver was able to assign, it was urgent for me to go.

The service of this company has deteriorated. My booking , wherein partial payment was done, was cancelled last minute. An alternate Cab was arranged by their employees and asked to make full payment again with a confirmation to refund initial payment which I made during booking. it's 3 months and they are not even listening. Please think twice before booking as it's our hard-earned money and should not be looted like this. there are better options available in the market, please choose them.
