Worst. I paid ₹500 driver chrges for two days.... I paid for 565 km, which is more then 2 days average (250km per day). Still i was forced to return on same day. Jus coz i was not sure of my return time. Such things happen in tourism industry and u shld not be so rigid. U were asking me to pay for 250 km extra jus for a 1 day extension, for two days trip when my actual distance was only 565 km, worst. Never use it.
Very good services.booked 2 times .the drivers are very good nd well behaved.comfortable trip.may be due to some cir cumstances cab ws delayed 2nd time bt we reached on time.price z affordable.customer care ppl are also very good nd helpful.
Pathetic Driver.... Pathetic Services Driver misbehaved.....asked for more money because of delay...which happened because he had to go shopping.....also we could not go out because he had to go to a friend's place....guys I this was pathetic experience Driver ruined it all...Driver also does not know how to tok to gals....now in case anybody is booking a trip with them..make sure u guys are not travelling with gals....it shud b a boys trip so that u can handle the driver nicely...... Truly I dint mind anything but when I got down and the girl was alone on the way back he started talking in a different tone and misbehaved with her....... And dropped her at a place from where she could not get an auto instead of dropping at her place.... One recommendation to gozocabs ...... Please learn something from Uber and Ola ...as they have a tight grip on their drivers.... Make some incentives on behaviour also......thanks ...I am going social now.....c u guys on social media....i don't want anyone else to ruin there trip because of u.....i had planned several trips for this year now I will choose some other Travel company I guess
There is no option of negative marking or minus stars therefore i am giving one star to this company. I have taken services of this company two times and in both trip, me and my family suffered due to this company. Once they get there amount paid as advance they start behaving like a fraud company. It does not matter what type of cab model you are asking for, they can give you any cab model they have and inform you in the 11th hour. after getting amount, they will not listen your problems related to cab or driver or any thing. They have customer care but all of their customer care executives are very well trained to disconnect your call at any time no matters in which problem or condition you are stuck with. I advice to all of you that please do not trust this company.
