Are you a professional fisher, or is fishing your hobby? Do you want to save your fishing locations, fishing routes, and catches, and easily navigate to them? This free app is designed to enhance your fishing activities and solve many of the problems that fishers face.
The GPS Fishing Tracker application is an excellent tool built with the Google Maps Android API v.2. It helps you save and manage your fishing locations, fishing routes, and catches, and allows you to navigate to these locations and routes. The application lets you record your fishing routes and save them for review and analysis.
For saved fishing routes, you can navigate from your current position to the beginning, to the end, or follow the entire route. You can view all fishing locations and routes directly on the map. Each fishing location appears as a marker, while each route appears as two markers connected by a line (one at the beginning and one at the end).
The app also provides a magnetic compass. You can find an address using coordinates, find coordinates and an address by clicking on the map, and calculate the straight-line distance using coordinates or by selecting points on the map. In addition, you can view your current location in real time using the GPS provider and obtain information such as longitude, latitude, speed, altitude, bearing, and full address details (street address, state, zip code, country, etc.).

8. Save and manage fishing routes (ideal for trotlines and trolling). The app lets you record fishing routes including the title, notes, starting longitude and latitude, ending longitude and latitude, start time, arrival time, duration, distance, maximum speed, average speed, and last updated date. Routes can be saved for review and analysis. You can also navigate from your current location to the beginning, to the end, or follow the fishing route.

10. View all fishing routes on the map. Each route appears as two markers connected by a line (start and end). Tap a marker to see route information.
11. Settings. Various settings allow you to customize the application according to your needs.
