Ratings and reviews

you can't see your purchase history. you can't pull up receipts. you can't see the balance owed on fleet accounts. basically anything financial, you can't see from this app. rubbish. All you can do is schedule appointments and spend money. if that's the future of the apps we have available, we're in trouble as a community. oh and the app says you can add up to 10 vehicles but that's not true either. I had three vehicles added and could not add another.

This app is very limited, not user-friendly, requires me to log in every time without the ability to save my password or use biometrics, and doesn't import my vehicles. It feels like an application from the 1990s...Come on, Discount Tire - it's time to upgrade, it's the mid-2020s!! Do you want to lose customers to your competition over your poor app interface????

This app is not user friendly... jump through a bunch of hoops to not give me what I'm looking for... Here's a hint, there's not a tire button to click on... then while entering vehicle information, the keyboard pops up to block the choice every time there's a choice to be made in the drop down , it's covered up.... there's more nonsense, but I'll digress...
