I can't register my device for some reason. I literally cannot get past the 2nd screen and all the information I entered was correct but the app and the website don't seem to communicate. I can login to the website and do anything on there just fine but when I go on the app with the same info I get stuck. There doesn't seem to be a solution so I'm rating 1 star :( loyal cardholder for 6 years

Can't get past the initial screen. Keeps saying it's sending me an email verification, I log in from the email verification as it states and then it tells me it's sending me another email verification. I try clicking on Home, on any other tabs and it won't click on anything and keeps me on the email verification screen.

DO NOT USE THIS. They charge you money for customer service and then don't provide the services they charge you for, or better yet they'll hang up on you. I called months ago to change my address. After hanging up on me twice, they said they'd input my new address. They never did. I tried to cancel the account and get a check with my remaining balance to my actual address, and the account is still open. I called today to try again and after hanging up on me once, they said they actually COULDN'T
