The app works well sometimes, but the times that it doesn't are awful. If you order from a store, they change your order without communicating with you. You have no way to reach a customer service person to check on your orders- they only give you a menu, and when you try to use the web version, the only option they give is to cancel your order. Horrible. If you're able, it's best to use one of the competitors like pedidosya, they at least let you chat with a person when there's a problem.

If a mistake is made, they make it hard to reach the help desk. When you do reach someone, they aren't that helpful. Today, I had a grocery order, and a substitution was chosen, I refused the substitution and asked for it to be removed from the order. The courier bought it anyway, even though I was notified that the items were removed. I still had to pay for the items and was not granted a full refund. I literally can't eat the substitution item because of allergies.

Customer service is horrible. They won't fix any of your orders. There's no way to contact customer service for a conversation if something goes wrong. They don't treat the customers very well and there's a severe lack of options. Out of convenience I have tried to continue to use this service but no more. Having three problems in three orders in a row with no compensation, I'm done. I'll do everything I can to make sure anyone I know avoids this app. It's that bad.
