The app works well sometimes, but the times that it doesn't are awful. If you order from a store, they change your order without communicating with you. You have no way to reach a customer service person to check on your orders- they only give you a menu, and when you try to use the web version, the only option they give is to cancel your order. Horrible. If you're able, it's best to use one of the competitors like pedidosya, they at least let you chat with a person when there's a problem.

After several successful orders with verified cards I keep getting my orders canceled wasting my time and leaving me more upset because I couldn't get whatvI needed. And it wasn't because I had no money, they mysteriously refused to even try multiple payment methods that had been verified and used before. I can't seem to reach any support. My advice - just avoid this service and use one of the competitors.

Support is non existent. Worst support I've ever had. I was a consistent customer. Tried contacting support to fix payment issues when my card was verified and worked prior. They just ignored me. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Been using PedidosYa and not coming back. I want to use explitives at how frustrating they are. it's horrible.
