Edit: got it working on my new phone but took a lot of settings changes. I used this app for more than 5 years, but every time I came back to it, there were more changes and a lower star rating. It still kind of works on my old phone, but my newer one, the audio coming out, is like robotic ants. Staticey, quiet, and chirpy. What's heard is almost not recognizable as English. I tested other apps and different audio recorders, and only this one has unusable audio.

this used to be a really good app for routing and outside microphone through your phone on my pixel pro 6. it doesn't work at all now. not at all. it's a shame I've had this app for years but now it doesn't work. I'm not surprised

This app has exact utility and then some! If you need a way to send sound from your phone mic to a BT speaker, then this is your app! They even have an equalizer! I like to use this in my Car to speak to the kids in the back and for Halloween decorations that I let my kids talk through.
