always error when i want to input the receipt via application. it always says "oops.. something went wrong" no matter how many times I tried with the different ways, e.g. gallery, capture. Edit: the error message is clearer now. The system will reject user to input the receipt nominal under Rp100.000. It is much better than the last time i fimd the difficulties when inputting the store receipt.

When uploading the receipt to collect for the G point member, the app crash and pop up "..oopps something went wrong". Therefore, we were unable to get our points from our transaction. Very bad. If i had known the app were not reliable, i should have not downloaded it, and gone straight to the G counter to input my points manually, which is very tedious work and we have to wait in line all the time and is a waste of time...this app does not serve its purpose at all.

Its always ask for an updates while there's none in playstore. And the contact us menu is not working, cant type the message and submit
