Wave turns your device into a softphone that can connect, call, and video conference from anywhere by connecting to a Grandstream UCM63XX series IP PBX. It supports key features such as high-quality audio/video calls and meetings, chats and download attach files, take and share photo/files from your phone, scheduling and attending meeting, and allows joining meetings without logging in. As long as there is a network connection, users can register to UCM63XX series extensions, directly call other extensions, landlines, and mobile numbers, as well as create and join meetings. With Wave, users can enjoy calls and meetings no matter where they are, boosting communication efficiency and productivity for your enterprise.

Ratings and reviews

The most basic app ever. Doesn't allow changing of ring tones. I can't even force it to be silent, it completely ignores my phones vibrate only mode. Does not even have a DND, so expect your phone to disturb you in meetings etc. The only way to stop it ringing is to log out of the app.... Annoying to say the least. Calls do connect and sound okay, but that's about it.

Poor performace since last 48 months. Major issues - even user is Online with Green color indication 1. incoming call fails to him/her being in same network. 2. Frequent account registration fail messages while making outgoing calls. Success only after 5 to 6 attempts. company not solving key issues in updates and bringing unwanted changed. bought new Samsung S24+. always one way communication. can someone help?

Seems they took away the ability to log out of an extension... I see a bunch of uninstall/reinstall in my future
