The most basic app ever. Doesn't allow changing of ring tones. I can't even force it to be silent, it completely ignores my phones vibrate only mode. Does not even have a DND, so expect your phone to disturb you in meetings etc. The only way to stop it ringing is to log out of the app.... Annoying to say the least. Calls do connect and sound okay, but that's about it.

Used to be a quite good general purpose SIP softphone. Now it is a completely different app, trying to talk to a web server running on some specific hardware. No longer any use unless one has that hardware. Wonder why they kept the same app name when totally changing the functionality ?

I used to use this app quite a lot and it solved a lot of issues with microsip for me and my team. However, at some point, it stopped working at all. I haven't been able to even log-in in 2 years no matter the credentials or updates. As many other reviews mention, it stays stucked on the main login.
