About this app

GDMS mobile application provides centralized, secure and zero-operation management methods and solutions for Grandstream audio/video products users.
The device administrators can work on mobile devices by scanning the codes to add devices, configure accounts/upgrade devices firmware quickly, and the alert messages can be pushed to mobile client.
Including:
1. Scan code to add device: Support to scan the barcodes of a batch of devices to add the devices to GDMS platform.
2. Manage device: Support to configure accounts for devices, upgrade devices firmware, and start the devices remotely.
3. Monitor device in real-time: Push the device registration, abnormal status, alert messages to mobile management client

Ratings and reviews

The app itself is great. enforcing 2FA is an awful idea. This is a support tool and needs to be accessed quickly. You can do neither from the computer or this app. It hinders you from doing your job and turns a great product into something that you can't use. There is no reason to have 2FA. We are an MSP and 2FA serves no purpose other than to hinder us in doing our jobs. A true business class product does not have 2FA. Please turn that off.

This app would be good if you could do anything more than seeing the device is online and using it as a barcode scanner. Lacks about 90% of the features of the web version and half the time the settings or info doesn't load.

It needs some work. But it's absolutely amazing to be able to manage the entire existing phone system outside the building through my phone and no vpn. Brilliant!
