About this app

The EXPAT WTW application is made available to policyholders whose complementary health insurance is managed by WTW. To access it, simply use the email provided to WTW.

The SANTE WTW mobile app allows you to:
- Consult the details of your membership
- Update your contact details
- Track your refunds, including refunds made to a third party
- Download your summary of guarantees
- Download your monthly reimbursement statements
- Transmit your requests (invoices, supporting documents, quotes, etc.) in files or by taking snapshots
- Follow the progress of your requests and the answers of the Customer Service
- Request hospital treatment
- Subscribe to email alerts
- Manage your profile (email, password, language)
