All ads, no news. No way to turn off volume so when an ad plays you hear it. Also app freezes a lot for ads that are 30 seconds long. you can't close out and you can't scroll at all. The app just gets worse the more they mess with it. The reporting is spotty at best. The stories are riddled with errors, misspellings and falsities. Do better, KCRG.

I'm getting used to the new format of the app. One thing that needs to change are videos that start automatically when you click on a news story. Usually these videos aren't even related to the story you expected to read about. It is a real pain to hit the pause button ALL the time. That should not be. All I want to do is read, not read, stop, pause and read again. Let people who want the video press play. I hope this can be addressed before I contact the station.

Healines are click bait and reporting is highly inaccurate. All they do is try to create the narrative that best suits their needs for more clicks. Reporters try and do hit pieces and ignore or are to lazy to find the actual facts. Even when when it is pointed out them trying to mislead stories, they dig their heals in and continue with the unethical reporting. lost lots of respects for the anchors as they allow this station to make stuff up for their benefit.
