About this app

Greenfield is a field operations app for construction and infrastructure
project teams. It brings daily site work — task execution, measurement
recording, material movement and approvals — into a single mobile workflow,
so site engineers and supervisors can capture work where it happens instead
of on paper.

Access requires an account issued by your organisation. Greenfield is
intended for project teams already using the Greenfield platform.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Task management
• Start and end tasks against work orders directly from site
• Record progress with quantities, remarks and supporting photos
• Track task status across your assigned projects

Measurement and billing
• Record Joint Measurement Records (JMR) for BOQ and non-BOQ items
• Capture deviations and deductions in detail
• Submit measurements for verification and approval

Approvals and inspection
• Raise and track Requests for Inspection (RFI)
• Follow revision cycles through the approval hierarchy
• Review and action pending approvals from your dashboard

Concrete and RMC
• Log ready-mix concrete inward with truck and delivery details
• Record pouring activity against structural elements
• Attach delivery slips and site photographs

Materials and stores
• Record store inward entries for materials received
• Track material categories and subcategories
• Manage vendors and requests for quotation (RFQ)

Workforce and attendance
• Mark attendance for labour on site
• Face-based attendance verification for registered employees
• Maintain labour records against project activities

ROLE-BASED ACCESS
What you see in Greenfield depends on the role assigned to you. Engineers,
supervisors and approvers each get a view suited to their responsibilities,
and you only have access to the projects assigned to your account.

PERMISSIONS WE USE
• Camera — to photograph site work and delivery slips, and for face-based
attendance
• Notifications — to alert you to approvals and updates needing your action

FACIAL DATA
Where face-based attendance is enabled, facial images are captured to verify
the identity of registered employees and are sent only to your
organisation's Greenfield servers. They are not shared with third parties or
used for advertising. See our privacy policy for retention and deletion
details.
