About this app

Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a All Valley Pay mobile app that's easy-to-use! The app lets you add funds to your account in seconds, and then you're good to go...just select a machine, load your laundry and start.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a time remaining that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes.

Overall, it's a great app. Doing everything over my phone is faster. The timers in the app are great, and the notification whenever your laundry is complete is also a nice feature. Would be 5 star, but when starting multiple machines, I get a wait a few seconds message after starting one and trying to start the next one. A few seconds ends up being indefinitely unless I exit and restart the app. The timer is also sometimes off. Said completed but still had 7 minutes left when I checked.

Most times the app is great: easy to use, fairly accurate, super convenient, and little connectivity issues- only sometimes gets a little skittish. Recently got a new phone tho and now I can't connect at all- puts me in a loop of "turn on location" even though it's on. I've unistalled/reinstalled several times but I can't get out of that loop so, I continue to use my old phone. It's otherwise pretty okay though.

Tl;dr there are much better washing machine apps available than this one. Pro: it's nice not having to constantly make change. Cons: app crashes regularly ... app doesn't update machine statuses on its own (have to force close app and restart it) ... app's time remaining status doesn't match what it says on the machines ... machines won't change water temp/settings/etc. once you pay through the app ... app crashes whenever you try placing a service request ... app isn't very user-friendly
