About this app

Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a Greenwald Pay mobile app that's easy-to-use! The app lets you add funds to your account in seconds, and then you're good to go...just select a machine, load your laundry and start.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a time remaining that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes.

SIGN-UP: If you are in your Laundry Room, the mobile app will automatically detect your
Laundry Room. If you are not in your Laundry Room, enter the Registration ID from your Laundry location owner or on the sign located in your Laundry Room.

Okay app. Needs some fixes and edits to make it good. One fix it needs is that it'll randomly refuse to load all available washers and dryers. It'll list like 2, and by the time I realize it I already have my laundry in a different one. So then I spend 5min restarting the app just so it loads them all. Frustrating. One edit it needs is the ability to open the app without requiring location and Bluetooth. I just want to check or add to my balance sometimes! Please fix these things.

What a terrible app. Only reason to use it is because your apartment complex forces you to because their machines are tied to this service. Glitches out constantly. Depending on your laundry room's location, if there's not cell service, you can't use it (obviously)! You have to close and reopen anytime you want to start a secondary machine, or add more time to a currently running cycle. There's no way in hell this app will ever improve. If you can avoid using it, do so.

It's incredibly slow, and it doesn't provide an update unless you keep the app open the entire time. Somewhere between the app and the dryer, it will occasionally and unpredictably communicate to the dryer to give me 38 mins instead of the 45 mins I paid for. This causes me to add extra time I don't use. The laundry machine providers (apt complex) can't recreate. Thought this was great, and now I regret it. Back to the laundromat up the street, I guess.
