Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a Greenwald Pay mobile app that's easy-to-use! The app lets you add funds to your account in seconds, and then you're good to go...just select a machine, load your laundry and start.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a time remaining that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes.

SIGN-UP: If you are in your Laundry Room, the mobile app will automatically detect your
Laundry Room. If you are not in your Laundry Room, enter the Registration ID from your Laundry location owner or on the sign located in your Laundry Room.

Ratings and reviews

Crashes constantly. You need to exit the app and then restart it between washes. Sometimes it doesn't notify you when your washing is done. Sometimes it notifies you before it's done. Also their payment system messed up a year or two ago, didn't get the credits I paid for and when I emailed them for a refund I got no response. I'd rate it zero if I could. It has been like this for years and these issues are easy to find with a simple smoke test. Hard to believe the devs do any testing of the app

The app works sometimes a lot of times there's a lot of glitches between the machine and the app and the machine will say that the laundry started and then shuts right off and when you try to contact for support or for a refund you get no answers. when you try to call the company the number is not valid I will say it is helpful as far as not having to get quarters for laundry anymore but the program to communicate with the machines needs a little bit more improvement.

Simply does not work. Steals your money. Despite following the instructions exactly, displays "machine started successfully" and charges my account even though the machine does not start and returns immediately to cycle selection. "Contact form not found" when attempting to get assistance through the app. Support will never respond to your refund requests. Can't reliably do the one thing it's made for. Fraudulent and worthless.
