Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a Greenwald Pay mobile app that's easy-to-use! The app lets you add funds to your account in seconds, and then you're good to go...just select a machine, load your laundry and start.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a time remaining that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes.

SIGN-UP: If you are in your Laundry Room, the mobile app will automatically detect your
Laundry Room. If you are not in your Laundry Room, enter the Registration ID from your Laundry location owner or on the sign located in your Laundry Room.

Worst app. It tells me to be in the laundry room to set up app, if I was any closer to the machines I'd be inside them. I've deleted the app and reinstalled, have bluetooth, location, and wifi on for good measure and it still won't connect. I can see the washing machines with Bluetooth but it says to have app to connect but it... won't. The idea is great but needs major attention and work. Update. Still a garbage app

Recently, the app has completely broken down. I'll go to start the washer/dryer, occasionally the app will crash, and I'll find that the machine hasn't started, yet the app has still taken money out of my account. This has happened at least three times in the last month. I'm likely to just go back to using quarters if this issue isn't fixed soon.

This app has a real hard time finding its machines. There must be something wrong with updating time estimates, also, because it'll often tell me it's done too early. When we were first trying to sign up, there were discovery issues and I had to enable a bunch of location, etc permissions that I'd rather not. The app was very unhelpful in figuring this out; the error messages are garbage. Now I'm trying to add value and it locked up and crashed. I'd rather carry quarters.
