Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a Greenwald Pay mobile app that's easy-to-use! The app lets you add funds to your account in seconds, and then you're good to go...just select a machine, load your laundry and start.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a time remaining that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes.

SIGN-UP: If you are in your Laundry Room, the mobile app will automatically detect your
Laundry Room. If you are not in your Laundry Room, enter the Registration ID from your Laundry location owner or on the sign located in your Laundry Room.

Ratings and reviews

Poor quality functionality. There's no option to select a custom amount of money to load into the app (wasteful). No ability to save a card on the app. Sometimes it glitches out and you can't select a machine without restarting the app. Customer service for Greenwald has zero training on the app -- no phone operator knows how to troubleshoot issues with it (their words, but it's not their fault). If I could delete the app and never use it again, I would, but I need it to do my laundry.

Constantly having problems with washers starting. I have lost $20 total the last few weeks. The first lost payments WERE refunded immediately. The second time took 2 weeks to refund. Today, I lost $4 and had to switch washers after one of them not starting. The app and the machines seem to not be syncing up. It will say the washer has started when it hasn't, but takes your money anyway. VERY frustrating.

This app is more convenient than saving quarters for the machines. It only connects to the machines over Bluetooth, so you must be in the laundry room. Another minor nag I have is that you can't add funds in any arbitrary amount. You must choose $10, $20, etc. But the timer and notification over Wi-Fi are the best features. I go back upstairs until the app tells me it's done.
