Ratings and reviews

Works fine for me. It always connects quickly and works as advertised. I can monitor temperature and update settings with no problem. I do notice some lag between what is displayed on my OG Grilla built-in display and the app, but never anything that would effect the cook. I have the original Google Mesh network at home. I can monitor progress from work 10 miles away on a very dissimilar network. I do advise people to avoid WiFi extenders. I'm a former I.T. pro and they have always frustrated.

Not sure where to send this info. But the app notifications have completely stopped working. I have 2 different android samsung devices and neither of them send notifications anymore. I've un-installed and re-installed, cleared cache and storage data... hell I even factory reset my phone. Nothing. I'm highly dissatisfied and the entire grill has lost its appeal. I spent the money on a wifi connected unit to make using the grill an experience I didn't have to babysit and that's no longer the case

took a while for me to get the grill connected and STAY connected. I had to add a wifi extender and put it pretty much right next to the grill in order for it to work. Even though my phone has full wifi signal where the grill is. I also had to remove all the spaces from the wifi name. Once that was done I noticed that none of the temp alarms work in the app. Came here to find a few other reviews mentioning that. Hopefully they fix it soon, it was one of the main reasons I bought the grill.
