GrindMute is a night-time teeth grinding sound monitor designed to help you become more aware of possible bruxism activity while you sleep.

Place your phone near your bed, start a night, and go to sleep. GrindMute listens for sound patterns that may match teeth grinding and saves short detected moments for you to review in the morning.

Instead of listening through hours of sleep recordings, you can focus on the moments GrindMute detected as possible teeth-grinding sounds.

Teeth grinding, also known as bruxism, can happen during sleep without you being aware of it.

GrindMute helps you review possible night-time grinding activity by organizing detected sounds into a simple morning report.

After each night, you can:

- See when possible teeth-grinding sounds were detected
- Listen to short detected audio clips
- Mark clips as teeth grinding or not teeth grinding
- Review your night on a clear timeline

REVIEW THE ACTUAL SOUND

GrindMute does not only show you a number. Detected moments are saved as short audio clips so you can listen to what actually happened during the night.

If a sound was incorrectly identified as teeth grinding, you can correct it yourself. This makes it easier to separate possible grinding sounds from other noises in your sleeping environment.

OPTIONAL GENTLE ALERTS

GrindMute can also play a gentle sound alert when a matching teeth-grinding sound pattern is detected.

Alerts are optional, and you remain in control of whether they are enabled. Your first night is designed around observation and review, so you can understand the detections before deciding whether you want to use alerts on future nights.
