Centil turns every measurement into a Z-score, a percentile and a point on the published growth curve, by day of life. Built for pediatricians, dietitians, nurses and medical students. Free, no account, no internet needed: patients stay on your phone.

EVERY MEASUREMENT ON ITS CURVE
Weight for age, length/height for age, weight for length/height, BMI for age and head circumference, plus arm circumference and triceps and subscapular skinfolds. CDC 2000 charts (0 to 20 years). Length measured lying or standing is adjusted by 0.7 cm as WHO specifies, and age is corrected for preterm infants up to 24 months.

ONE CARD PER INDICATOR
The value, the Z-score and the percentile, a gauge that shows where the child sits between −3 and +3 SD, and the exact distance to every SD line in kg or cm.

THE CHILD, VISIT BY VISIT
Keep patients and visits on the device. Every measurement on one chart, as SD or percentile lines, with age ranges to zoom. Growth velocity between visits in g/day, g/kg/day and cm/month.

EXPORT THAT WORKS
A PDF report per patient with the charts, the visit table, the method and the references. CSV per patient or for everyone. A backup that restores on this or another device, merging or replacing. Import patients from a spreadsheet with the CSV template.

DELETING IS OBVIOUS
Delete a visit, a patient or everything from where you are. Every delete can be undone for a few seconds.

TOOLS
Maintenance fluids by Holliday-Segar (with the 4-2-1 rule beside it) and by Mosteller body surface area, and a corrected-age calculator. Every formula shows its source.

MATH YOU CAN CHECK
The LMS method and CDC's extended method for BMI above the 95th percentile. Results were checked against CDC's software and against every value printed in the official tables. The Methods and sources screen shows every table, its citation and its licence.

FREE, WITH A SMALL AD
A small banner on the patient list and in Settings. Never on a chart, a result or a form, and never between a measurement and its result.

Centil is a calculation and visualization tool for health professionals. It is not a diagnostic device and does not replace clinical judgment. Check critical values independently.
