AV Project Pro is a field tool for audio-visual integrators. Build the cable list, plan the rack, run the site survey, and hand over a clean PDF — all on the phone in your pocket, with no account and no signal required.

BUILT AROUND THE CABLE LIST
Every project holds a full cable build list — a real cut sheet, not a notes app. Pick the cable type and the specific cable, then set both ends properly: gendered connectors with drill-down families, ferrule end types with AWG size and conductor count, per-end heatshrink (length, size and colour), collar, jacket colour, quantity and length each. Connector line-art appears in the picker and again in the printed pull list, so the person cutting cable sees the same icon you did.

PLAN THE RACK BEFORE YOU LOAD IT
Answer three things per piece of gear — depth, power plug, rack screws — and the rack tells you what it needs: power connector counts, how many circuits, and a screw count for the build. Nothing is double-entered; every total is derived from the gear you already listed.

THE REST OF THE JOB
Signal routing. Amplifier outputs and settings. Inputs, plates and end devices. Switch configuration and programming notes. Site survey. Acceptance testing with printable checklists. Design notes, install notes and returns. Project standards travel with the project so the next tech works to the same spec.

HAND-OFF THAT LOOKS PROFESSIONAL
Export a PDF preview, share it, or save it to the device. To/From contact cards with saved presets, Letter or A4, an optional branding header and your notes. When heatshrink is specified in inches the report carries a true-scale ruler, so a page printed at 100% can be measured against.

WORKS THE WAY A JOB SITE WORKS
Everything is stored on the device. No account, no sign-in, no cloud dependency, and it keeps working in a mechanical room with no bars. Photos attach to the project so the record and the evidence stay together.
