The app is constantly crashing. My phone consistently suggests to put the app in deep sleep to prevent crashing. The app is also NOT letting me know when I received new messages. When I open the app, I will have half a dozen or more messages that I was not notified about and that were not marked as new messages. Attempted to email support and my email was blocked. Please fix this app!

Already having a bad experience with this app. Was using it to communicate with my scout troop and it just randomly deleted my account for no reason. It was also a pain to set up just to have that happen. Update: randomly crashed and stopped working. Can't even login and freezes whenever I try. Password rwset links won't work and keep saying expired.

The new updates are obnoxious. Maybe I'm just old now, but basic features like being able to see who likes your message are now hidden in a collection of shortcuts that don't work consistently. And I don't want AI "helping" me talk to friends. Still works, but it's clunkier than it used to be. I wish I could go back to before the marvelous new AI-enhanced era.
