The Autel Charge application bring you an excellent experience when you're charging on Autel MaxiCharger at home or on the road.

When on the road, the Autel Charge application offers the following features:
• Start and stop charging using your Autel Charge card or by scanning the QR code on the public charger.
• Displays the availability status of public chargers on the map. (available, in-use, out of order, etc.)
• Filter chargers displayed on the map by desired connector types.
• Filter by required charging power on the map.
• View site information within the map including pictures, address, energy prices, hours of operation, quantity of chargers and connectors.
• Navigate to a desired site using the integrated navigation map.
• Link your credit card to streamline the payment process using public chargers.
• Scan QR code to start and stop the charger with just one tap.

Ratings and reviews

Terrible App, difficult to use, keep finding things that just don't work. Follow up: These are just a few issues because not enough space here. Firmware update did not work as described and was extremely SLOW. Had to power cycle to get charger beyond 1.2kW.The setup and configuration is overly complex when it doesn't need to be. Setting the times and days should be much simpler than it is. And it should have some directions to avoid overlap. And no way to set summer/winter rates. And so on...

Great charger, I like that I can adjust the output level physically on the unit, and in the app. I don't set a charging schedule in my car, I set it in the app, it has never failed to start a charge. Lots of data in the app, and I can start a charge remotely any time

Edit: another release and none of these were included? What is the priority to make new features for a few?.... I appreciate the response and have updated my review. When the amperage shows up it will go to 5 stars. Patiently waiting!!! Need to move the Amperage to Home page instead of Setting. This is not a new feature it is moving a setting to where it should be like other apps, or Tesla. Also need to make app default to Home. Not the map and nagging about setting location.
