Ratings and reviews

This app is extremely unreliable. Tickets keep getting cancelled without any reason , this has happened three times already. Sometimes the payment is deducted but the ticket is not even booked. I do receive the refund, but what about the ticket? A refund does not solve the problem when I need a confirmed ticket to travel. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Please fix these issues.

I have been booking tickets for many years using my credit card but since last night it showed error after multiple attempts. I tried paying via UPI now and it was successful. Please fix the credit card payment issue, it was working fine till now.

Poor User Experience I was attempting to apply for a bus pass through the GSRTC app; however, the application page kept reloading repeatedly. It consistently displayed the message, “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.” I made several attempts, but I was still unable to complete my application. This was highly frustrating and resulted in a disappointing user experience.
