Often, the bus number message arrives a long time after the scheduled pick-up time, and if the bus is running late, there's no update showing its current location. If the bus already has GPS tracking, please provide the location to the passengers as well, so that if the bus is late, they at least have an idea of ​​its whereabouts. This causes a lot of difficulty, especially in emergencies.

While I appreciate the excellent service, I've noticed a recurring technical issue. The app's seating chart for LUXURY bus services is inaccurate regarding seats 33, 34, 35, and 36. These seats appear available on the app but do not match the actual layout of the bus. Please look into this to avoid passenger confusion

server is down whenever I am searching for bookings it still buffering and after waiting some longer period of time it shows a white blank screen. I checked through other phone also it shows the same thing . I use two phones so thay I verify that whether my phone has issue or not.
