This app worth 1 star because tracking system is worst than ever. I'm wondering why they implemented when they don't want to show real-time info. Moreover, most buses are always late, and when we call, we have to wait like 15-20 minutes and now it's buggy, lot of bugs in there since last two-three updates, that must be improve.no-doubt UI is good.

This app only shows bus if we know where the bus starts and where it ends, but does not show when we know our start point and end point which are not main depots but are stations that come in the route, the app should show the route map and select the stops as many people do not know the main stations. Or can add data to google maps so it could be easy to locate, should check how (chalo app) function in metro cities.

Very poor response and frequent booking failure even though payment is made successfully. The refund system, in such scenario is also very pathetic and long time consuming. Ideally it should be at par with IRCTC like platforms. Need serious update in this application to be user friendly. Faced the similar issue, nothing has changed. Balance debited but no confirmation of booking.and again and again face this issue and money refunded process is very slow.
