Often, the bus number message arrives a long time after the scheduled pick-up time, and if the bus is running late, there's no update showing its current location. If the bus already has GPS tracking, please provide the location to the passengers as well, so that if the bus is late, they at least have an idea of its whereabouts. This causes a lot of difficulty, especially in emergencies.

While I appreciate the excellent service, I've noticed a recurring technical issue. The app's seating chart for LUXURY bus services is inaccurate regarding seats 33, 34, 35, and 36. These seats appear available on the app but do not match the actual layout of the bus. Please look into this to avoid passenger confusion

The app is useful, but bus number is not shown on the confirmed ticket, which causes confusion. Also, there should be a WhatsApp/SMS alert 5–15 minutes before the bus reaches the pickup point. These improvements will greatly help passengers.
