Often, the bus number message arrives a long time after the scheduled pick-up time, and if the bus is running late, there's no update showing its current location. If the bus already has GPS tracking, please provide the location to the passengers as well, so that if the bus is late, they at least have an idea of ​​its whereabouts. This causes a lot of difficulty, especially in emergencies.

The app is useful, but bus number is not shown on the confirmed ticket, which causes confusion. Also, there should be a WhatsApp/SMS alert 5–15 minutes before the bus reaches the pickup point. These improvements will greatly help passengers.

The fare ticket calculation displayed accident insurance 0 but when I download the e-ticket it have mentioned amount of accident insurance charge have so kindly update this details. This can cause some misunderstanding why GSRTC have taken hidden charges? So please update accident insurance charges displayed in total fare calculation screen.
