Ok app. I've just downloaded this app to replace my old gtb app that wouldn't work. I can't purchase airtime unless I allow the app access to my phone contacts, which I find ridiculous, but I was able to complete my transaction through the gtb website. Also, I don't have access to my banking transactions from a year ago, unless I order statements from the bank. Nigerian banks gotta do better.

So far, my experience with GTBank app both old & especially new has been good. And the fact that I do not have the luxury of running to the bank at will, makes me appreciate it the more. I lost my token, and changing to a pin required some security check which at first was scary for me with thoughts like, I might loose my account, but futunately, it was seamless and worked out. Now, I can continue with transactions as usual. Thank you GTWorld for making our lives easier with this app.

I'm having a frustrating experience with the GT World app. I'm unable to set up a profile picture, and it's really disappointing. The app needs a major update to fix this issue and improve overall performance. Until then, I'll be hesitant to use it. Please developers, address this bug and make the necessary improvements. I want to enjoy the app, but it's falling short right now." *Update:* I'll be happy to change my review if the issue is resolved in a future update. 👍
