I've had a disappointing experience with GTPL's customer support. My internet connection was unstable, and getting help from their team was a struggle. Calls and emails were mostly ignored, and when I did get through, the advice was ineffective. Technicians' appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, often without my input, and the issues persisted even after visits. I have 2 broadband connections, 1 is inactive and 1 is active. But in the app, it shows only the old inactive one. And they keep calling me for the new connection for 10 months even though I have the activated one. Every time I explained to them this matter but as always they are dumb.

I want to change my current password & the old password is lost/forget. I have created a request but without any solution it was closed & I don't think that this is good for you to satisfy the customers. Tried to connect the installation person too but I am getting no response. I request you help me to change the password because the wifi speed is very poor right now & there is no benefit of Gtpl. please let me know how I can reach you and get my solution?
