Third Class Services every time, whenever I complain about internet issues they are very quick and resume services within just 2 or 3 days. It's so fast in this time. they are thinking that ours is a office connection so there's no need to attend a complaint immediately. Cancelling the connection today with 4 months subscription ..... 0 star is not available so giving 1 star....

Once again experienced poor service. Ticket No 36992131 not resolved since yesterday and at last technician does not have tools to fix the issue. Extremely poor service. AVOID GTPL. Be careful....getting stop repetitive....avoid go for other option....geting stop during exam time always.....Useless internet avoid at all....every week remains down...

The app crashes after opening. It says the app has a bug, developers plz fix this, earlier there was no issue and the app was working fine. Thanks.
