I've had a disappointing experience with GTPL's customer support. My internet connection was unstable, and getting help from their team was a struggle. Calls and emails were mostly ignored, and when I did get through, the advice was ineffective. Technicians' appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, often without my input, and the issues persisted even after visits. I have 2 broadband connections, 1 is inactive and 1 is active. But in the app, it shows only the old inactive one. And they keep calling me for the new connection for 10 months even though I have the activated one. Every time I explained to them this matter but as always they are dumb.

The worst app, lacks basic optimization. Doesn't even load properly. Buggy and laggy app. 1 in 5 times working. don't use this gtpl wifi also, I have 60 Mbps plan but still most of times connection got lost, no internet. Poor Customer service. instead of giving money to kartik & rashmika, use to improve your service. Go for Jio & Airtel they are better than this trash.
