SpinRope is a draw-line physics puzzle: sketch one soft rope, let go, and watch gravity take it from there. Draw a line from the red ball toward the cyan one — your rope sags under the weight, dips where you did not expect, springs back, and bends as the ball rolls along it. Getting the two balls to touch clears the level. The rope has opinions of its own.
HOW TO PLAY
Draw a line anywhere on the paper to build a track, then release. Both balls drop, gravity takes over, and your line starts to bend. If the red ball reaches the cyan one, the level is cleared. Run out of pens with everything at rest and the balls still apart, and you simply restart. No timer, no lives, no waiting. A one-line hint sits at the bottom of every level, and you can hide it for a harder run.
SOFT ROPE, HARD PEN
Each level hands you a fixed set of pens, and each pen has its own material. Soft rope is the star: it sags across a long span, cushions a fall, and springs back once the weight comes off — good for catching, padding and launching. The hard pen is nearly rigid and keeps its shape exactly, so it is what you use to bridge an unsupported gap or thread a passage too narrow for a sagging rope. You cannot swap them at will; the level decides. Working out what the puzzle is really asking for is half the challenge.
45 LEVELS ACROSS 9 CHAPTERS
Nine chapters walk you from a gentle first slope to windmills, spike pits, moving platforms, rolling boulders and speed zones. Each chapter introduces one idea, then makes you combine it with everything before. Later chapters stop adding speed and start breaking your rhythm instead. There are 135 stars in total, and a level only ever awards 2 or 3 — so going back to find a shorter route is always worth it.
A QUIET SINGLE-PLAYER PUZZLE
Every level plays offline: no Wi-Fi, no login, no account, and no leaderboard to compare yourself against. A hand-drawn paper look, built for one thumb and short sessions — commutes, queues, a coffee break. No chat, no feed, no notifications pulling you back, no in-app purchases and no loot boxes. The intro walkthrough is three screens and you can skip it with one tap.
SpinRope is free to play and supported by ads. Banners sit outside the play area, and no ad interrupts a level in progress.
YOUR PROGRESS STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Stars and your resume point are stored on this phone. There is no account to sign in to, no server of ours and no cloud save; uninstalling the App deletes your progress for good. Sound, background music and vibration can each be switched off in Settings.
If you enjoy draw-line games, one-line brain teasers, hand-drawn logic puzzles, or just want a calm offline physics puzzle for a coffee break, this is for you.
