About this app
SickNote is a private illness and symptom tracker with medication reminders — a health diary that lives entirely on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud: your notes never leave the device.
WHAT YOU CAN RECORD
• Illness name — cold, fever, gastroenteritis, headache, allergy, toothache, sprain, or your own custom name
• Start and end dates, plus an ongoing toggle for an illness that has not ended yet
• Severity from mild to extreme, so you can see how hard each episode hit
• Symptoms such as fever, cough, headache, runny nose, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, sore throat
• Whether you saw a doctor, what medication you took, and free-form notes
EVERYTHING IN ONE TIMELINE
Search your history and filter by year or illness type. Each entry opens into a clean detail page with duration, severity, symptoms, medication and notes — so when a doctor asks ""how often does this happen?"", you have the answer ready.
SEE YOUR TRENDS
The Stats tab turns your records into a monthly bar chart and a disease distribution chart, with your total illnesses, total sick days, and the healthy span since your last episode.
MEDICATION REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY FIRE
Add a reminder with a time and a medication name, choose daily or one-off, and SickNote notifies you on time — even after a reboot. Missed it? Snooze for ten minutes. A daily check-in screen lets you mark each dose as taken or skipped.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
This is a fully offline health tracker. Your records are stored only in the local database on your device; there is no account and no cloud sync. Use Export / Import to keep your own JSON backup, or export a readable summary to share with your doctor.
