About this app

This App provides access to modules in the Patient Portal of the Guardian Platform.

The mobile app has following features
- TeleHealth: Book, edit and view Appointments.
- Video Call: Communicate with a physician as part of a telemedicine feature.
- Demographics: View Patient Demographics and change requests.
- Health Care Providers: View associated health care providers of a patient.

Apart from the above-mentioned modules, the patient has access to the other features like Reports, Vitals, Problems, Medications, Allergies, and Lab Results etc.

Note: The Patient needs to have a Guardian Patient Portal login, in order to use this App

Following entry into the guardian portal it displays a message that I am using an old version & a new one is available. When I click on 'ok' it gives me 2 choices, both of which refer me to other services & ads. If I bypass those choices I do access icons related to 'my health' information. The problem then is that when I click on each icon, it displays a message that no information is available. As far as I am concerned ... the guardian app for dr visits, etc NEED a Lot of Adjustments!!

Really like this appt. Id recoment it to my family and friends. My representative has very excellent service skills. Made it very easy for me to understand aesthetic my appointment up. Thank you

The application never even ALLOWED me to log in!!! I was told that my email address and password were not correct!!! This app is basically garbage.
