Ratings and reviews

Does not appear to work without a network connection, app is extremely long to start and often requires authenticating again, making it almost impossible to use without annoying all other customers waiting to pay. Why not make it possible to just register the card with my Google wallet ? That worked fine with a competitor (edenred) and required neither launching an app, nor an internet subscription and phone network connectivity. App support link in play store gives error 404.

The app is the slowest app ever. Every time I'm at the till to pay my groceries it doesn't load and I have to pay with another card otherwise people in the queue get, rightfully, mad at me. Completely useless. I guess it's a scam tactic to make it difficult for users to pay and use their lunch vouchers. Avoid it if you can

Now, the application does not work at all. On the welcome screen, when I click on Continue, it crashes. EDIT: Now even website does not work. I hope my employer will change the provider, this "pluxee" is awful.
