No reputable hotel would make you download a sketchy app to get into your room. Seems too highly reviewed to be legit, no physical key when asked multiple times to receive one. Would never recommend, and will never stay here again.

Never works when you need it to. Want to guess how many times I've been stuck in the cold because the app doesn't work and they won't give you a key card or response to messages when you request one? TOO MANY. Never again.

This was a cute, quirky "hotel", which was actually a vintage house converted into private rooms. This property is not staffed. The entire process is online, from booking to check-in and out. They text a digital key for you to access your room. I enjoyed my stay. It was a convenient location and clean. Definitely not a carbon copy hotel but has a bed, TV, bathroom, etc, as well as a coffee maker and bathroom essentials. A few parking spots are available for a fee.
