I just found a huge bug in the app! I am currently abroad. I scheduled a vet appointment. I selected 11:00 in the app. The appointment confirmation in the app shows 11:00. However, I received an email confirming the appointment at 10:00. The clinic confirmed that the appointment is at 10:00. This means the app shows the local time of the user for scheduled appointments, not the local time of the clinic! This is a huge bug! Appointment times must be given according to the clinic’s local time!

The app is a game changer and makes it so much easier to communicate and get immediate responses. Being a super busy person and not always able to make a phone call, being able to text and get an answer is a life saver.

So easy to use, no hanging around on the phone, booking appointments made easy, great for record of vaccinations if they are needed to be supplied.
