I deposited ₹1,000 twice into GuruTrade7, but the amount was never credited to my trading account. I have submitted payment proofs multiple times, contacted customer support repeatedly, and even sent emails, but my issue remains unresolved. The lack of proper customer service and delay in resolving a simple deposit problem has been very disappointing. I have spent a lot of time chasing the support team, yet I have neither received my money in the platform nor a satisfactory solution

Dear Guru Trade7 Support, I am 17 years old and was able to register, deposit money through UPI, and trade with real funds without any effective age verification. If your platform is only for users aged 18+, this should have been prevented before trading. I request deletion of my account and a review of my case, including a refund of my deposit due to this issue. Please provide a written response. Thank you.

Brother and sister don't invest just split on this app as this app control the graph I lost around 1 laakh rupees seriously firstly I believed that this is real trading platform this is the huge scamm!!!!!!! please don't invest any single penny of money in this app as it control the graph he putted the code sometimes go according to the user and all time go opposite to the user invested up or down!! the graph run according to this only sometimes makes profit it's not risk it's planned to scam!!!
