but the amount was never credited to my trading account. I have submitted payment proofs multiple times, contacted customer support repeatedly, and even sent emails, but my issue remains unresolved. The lack of proper customer service and delay in resolving a simple deposit problem has been very disappointing. I have spent a lot of time chasing the support team, yet I have neither received my money in the platform nor a satisfactory solution

Very disappointing experience. Deposits remain pending for a long time and customer support is not helpful. The platform needs significant improvement in transaction processing and user support. Not recommended.
