About this app

Track every set. Hit every PR. Climb seven strength ranks.

DeltaLift is a strength training tracker for lifters who care about their numbers. No ads. No paywall on logging. Everything works offline — sync is for backup and for friends. The base app stays free; premium unlocks extras.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Track every set in seconds
Pick an exercise, tap weight, tap reps, mark complete. Warmup, working, drop, and failure sets each get their own colored badge. Last-session values pre-fill — tap once to copy them forward.

Seven ranks, twenty-one sub-levels
Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Challenger, Radiant — three sub-levels each. Bodyweight-normalized so a 200 kg deadlift means the same at 60 kg or 120 kg. Your overall rank is the median of your tracked lifts.

Templates and routine builder
Build a plan once, start it with one tap. Pin four favorites to the Workout home. The generator builds a starter plan from your bodyweight, weekly goal, and equipment.

Live recovery map
A real-time body map colors each muscle group by how recovered it is. Computed from time-since-last-set plus volume, not a flat 48-hour timer.

Projection analytics
Every exercise has a 1RM projection from weighted linear regression on your last 90 days. Best and manual PRs flagged in distinct colors. A 30/60/90/120-day milestone strip shows where the trajectory lands.

Gaussian percentile curve
A distribution curve shows where you sit against other lifters. Iron under the 10th percentile, Radiant above the 91st. Honest math, not vague tiering.

1RM calculator
Brzycki, Epley, or Lombardi. The percentage table shows training-load math (85% × 5, 70% × 8, 60% × 12) so you can program a Texas Method or 5/3/1 cycle straight from the number.

Body composition
Weight, body fat, BMI, plus nine circumferences (chest, waist, hips, thigh, neck, shoulder, upper arm, forearm, calf). Charted with month-on-month change indicators.

Per-muscle radar
A six-spoke chart — chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core — showing your rank per group. Spikes show strength, dips show what's lagging.

Friends and feed
Add partners by friend code. Their workouts appear in a feed with a muscle heatmap, volume, set count, and three reactions. A leaderboard ranks your circle by strength score.

14-week activity heatmap
Every workout color-graded by volume. Tap any square to jump to that day. Current and best streaks, weekly goal, streak alerts.

25 themes, 3 languages
Light, dark, AMOLED true-black, plus 22 more. English, Norwegian Bokmål, Swedish — real translations.

WHO IT'S FOR

Bodybuilders — splits, volume per muscle, symmetry via the radar, recovery map picks today's session.

Powerlifters — every working single tracked, projection toward your next attempt, percentage tables for mesocycle planning.

Beginners — generated routines, pre-filled templates, clear ranks to chase instead of guessing if your bench is good.

Calisthenics athletes — bodyweight, assisted, and timed-hold exercises are first-class. Pull-ups with added weight, dips with assist, planks in seconds.

FAQ

Does it work offline?
Yes. Workouts, templates, PRs, body metrics — all stored locally. Sign in for sync and friends.

Will I lose data if I uninstall?
Signed in: data restores on fresh install. Local-only: export to CSV first, one tap in Settings.

How are ranks calculated?
Bodyweight-relative load and rep targets per exercise. Your overall rank is the median across lifts. Thresholds come from lifter-distribution data.

Free vs premium?
Free: logging, templates, PRs, ranks, friends, body metrics, calculator, core charts. Premium: unlimited custom exercises, every theme, full history, generator, advanced analytics.

Custom exercises?
Tap plus in Exercises, name it, pick muscle groups, choose type — weighted, bodyweight, assisted, cardio, or hold.

Built for lifters who want their data to behave like data — fast, queryable, and theirs.
