One with detailed explanations so you understand the exercises from the ground up.
And one with fewer explanations so you can start performing them right away.
2. Training Plans
You can expect regular training plans to inspire you and help you better plan your workout routine.
You'll receive different training plans depending on how much time and energy you want to invest in your training each week.
3. Body Awareness
Through targeted reflection questions and explanations, the courses place a special emphasis on your body awareness.
For example:
"You should feel this exercise in your abdomen. If you feel it in your back, adjust XY."
In addition to the audio courses, the program also includes live online courses via Zoom and a WhatsApp group for discussion.
In the live courses, you can ask any questions that came up while practicing on your own, have your form checked, and be motivated by the energy of the other participants.
