App doesn't work at all. v2.13.10388 says "Loading Router" but doesn't go any further. Tried on cellular connection, different WiFi networks. Tried uninstalling too. Just doesn't work.

The anchorman of apps; 50% of the time it works everytime. My gym uses this app exclusively to manage access to the front door. There's always a queue of people trying to get the app to load as it just randomly decides not to. A complete lottery each morning.

App used to work fantastic. Now, the physical unlock buttons in the access menu are gone. The tap to reader feature doesn't work on the Z Flip 5. which leaves me with no way to unlock doors.
