GymMemo is your fitness training app for planning and programs, step by step gym workout guide and tips, journal notebook, progress tracking, training sessions history and MORE!

I. PLAN
GymMemo includes in-house pre-configured and ready-to-use gym programs for you to copy and use. Also, you can create and configure your own training Plans that meet your needs.

II. GUIDE
GymMemo provides in-house list of Exercises, including step-by-step guides, images, tips and more to help you with your training workout. GymMemo also enables you to create your own Custom Exercises if you wish.

III. JOURNAL
GymMemo allows you to write notes on your training experiences, so that you can keep personal journal for your workout journey.

IV. TRACK
GymMemo keeps history records every time you complete your training Sessions, so that you may review past workout Sessions for progress, frequency, consistency, etc. Better yet, you may also share these histories to other people that care about you!

V. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
1. Network Connectivity = To connect to and read app data from our remote server.
2. Device Storage = To write to/read from local device storage for user app-related data such as their Plans, Exercises, etc.
3. Photo/Media/Files = To perform user Plans export/import operation to local device storage.
4. Location = (Optional) To enable user, if they wish, to record their location during training Session Running/Complete. NOTE: This feature currently is NOT included at the current Release.
