Love the device but this app crashes everytime I open it and recently now it erased my profile and progress and wanted me to sign up again. If the device can be updated and fix the bugs as well as add more ways to use the device. What I have seen advertised isn't on the workouts and I'm sort of learning on my own.

Lifetime App access lost. When I bought the band and bar set, there was a sticker on the inside of the box saying 'Lifetime' app access. This was also on the advert from where I bought the band from off the Gymprodeluxe website. This latest app update, I've now lost my free access. Most things are now behind a paywall. Not great considering it was part of the appeal to buy this product.

The app is effectively useless, most of it is locked behind a paywall. Even though you have paid a premium price for a device that can be bought for half the price from other manufacturers. It may well say in the add when you bought it that you get access for the year - my experience is it still sits behind their paywall. Customer Services will reply with the same cut and paste response dismissing your query.
