- Workout Tracker : Accurately track all your workout sets in a gorgeous easy to use interface.
- Progress Section : Track your progress and analyse your workouts with progress analysis charts
- Apple Health Integration - This app integrates with the Health app. Connect GymStreak to the Health app and track your workouts and progress.
- Automatic Workout Periodization : GymStreak automatically adjusts the weights you lift, reps, distance, time & rest times workout after each workout to improve the effectiveness of your workout plans.

Very good app, but as of now, the android version is underdeveloped as in a bunch of crashes and issues. But they did recently do a makeover, so it might take a little time for them to make my android phone bug-free. That asside from following the provided sorkout plan, I have made a lot of progress as a newbie. Only issue was nutrition for me which shouldn't be considering the new feature

The app is cool because it shows you how to do the exercises correctly but, it crashes alot and freezes. Some of the demonstrations on the obliques are messed up, makes my skin crawl a bit.

The exercises are basic but they have a part of the app where you can track what you eat and it is complete trash I can look up "apple" get tons of results but I look up something like "steak" and I'll get an error message if I try being more specific it will come up with an error and it happened with all kinds of food it is trying to do both workout and meal tracking and sucks at both it should just try to do one and run some type of buddy program with another app for the rest
