I ordered from a restaurant that is about 20 minutes away from my home (one I've ordered from many times before, just through a different service) not only did the order arrive at a 2 hour delay, it arrived cold and barely edible since it had probably been standing there at the restaurant waiting to be picked up & delivered..customer service is of no help whatsoever, it took over 25 mins for them to even respond to begin with, and now they're entirety unresponsive and are not resolving the issue

everything is fine until you have a problem. the support is horrible. they have no problem taking your money when there are no deliveries, then they promise to return in 14 business days. and then you are left with nothing because of their buggy app and bad support. better to use a slightly more expensive but safer app like Wolt.

It allows to pick the restaurant and make an order, and at the very last, when you submit a message, it appears that there is no delivery to your location. My location is on the app, and I have my current location on the time of order. Today, 3 restaurants at submit a message appeared that they cannot deliver. After I finally managed to make an order and submit 10 minutes later, they call that restaurant doesn't have the food 😑
