I ordered from a restaurant that is about 20 minutes away from my home (one I've ordered from many times before, just through a different service) not only did the order arrive at a 2 hour delay, it arrived cold and barely edible since it had probably been standing there at the restaurant waiting to be picked up & delivered..customer service is of no help whatsoever, it took over 25 mins for them to even respond to begin with, and now they're entirety unresponsive and are not resolving the issue

Several times orders came late and cold. Sent company what's up complaint and got no response. Glad there Several other companies to order from.

everything is fine until you have a problem. the support is horrible. they have no problem taking your money when there are no deliveries, then they promise to return in 14 business days. and then you are left with nothing because of their buggy app and bad support. better to use a slightly more expensive but safer app like Wolt.
