I’ve used this app several times, but it’s been nothing but problems. The app is full of bugs, causing issues during ordering and payment. Worst of all, my Visa card information has been stolen twice after using the app, which is a huge security concern. On top of that, they’ve canceled my order multiple times without even bothering to refund my money. I would not recommend this app to anyone—it’s unsafe and unreliable.

I used to order from Haat frequently despite its high prices, as the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, over the years, both the service and quality have significantly declined. The customer service is terrible, and the high delivery fees remain unchanged despite the deteriorating service. It's disappointing to see a once-great service go downhill. I won't be using it again.
