Broken and pretty useless. Most actions with the app result in me being logged out. Use back button: logged out. Toggle another App to reference something: logged out. Navigate between test results: logged out. There's a point at which logging in 15 times in a day actually becomes more of a security risk than letting me stay logged in for 3 minutes. There is also no calendar of appointments. Pretty useless app.

Love this site! Easy to use, everything is stored, you can make appts, check visits, you whole health chart at your fingers. There's one thing I don't like is that it's hard to cancel appointments online. They make you call the office. Need to change that asap! I'll give 5 stars if you allow cancels.

I setup login, it asks for code, I retrieve the code the home page pops up and I have to repeat the steps, just to end up back at the home page. I can use the code, tried both the phone and email prompts same problem.
