the app is useful but could be vastly improved by turning on a number of features. for example: the ability to contact the provider / doctor electronically, ordering prescriptions. Additionally the echeckin feature does not work and I must interact with the person at the front desk to check in.

This app used to be good. Now I can't pay my co pay or see past billing. It shows I paid for 1 recent visit and then jumps to over a year ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. It also takes me to the website instead of opening in the app, which it never did before. I tried to send an email to the email on the Google Play page for the app and it ended up bouncing back. I have also tried going straight to the website with the same results.

I downloaded the app and registered, and everything seemed fine, but once I closed the app, I was never able to access it again. It currently accepts my username and password, sends me a code to enter, but then once I do that, it says it was unable to communicate with the server and to try again later. It's been doing this for 12 hrs straight so far. Ridiculous.
