Fasting routines usually break down during company dinners.
Even if you have been strictly adhering to the 16:8 schedule, a single dinner appointment can wipe out your entire record for the day. Therefore, instead of treating days when the fasting time is broken as failures, we have incorporated it into the plan from the start.
■ Company Dinner Mode — Only the meal window is moved, the fasting time remains the same
If you register a company dinner in advance, we will move your entire meal window to match the dinner time. Since the fasting time itself does not decrease, the record of "sticking to it today" remains valid. Registration is completed by simply pressing Date, Time, and Estimated Duration three times, and we will show you in advance how the changes will look after the move.
Continuous records (Streaks) are also protected on days registered as company dinners. You can eat comfortably and return to your usual routine the next day.
■ Fasting Timer — You can adjust the start time later
View the current time and how much time remains until your goal on a single screen. Choose from 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or 1 meal a day. There are days when you eat later or earlier than expected. Simply tap "1 hour earlier" or "30 minutes later" once on the home screen, and the start time will be corrected immediately. There is no need to wander through the settings screen.
■ "Does this break my fast?" — Instantly check confusing items
You must have been confused because the information varied every time you searched: Is Americano okay? What about zero-calorie drinks? Salt water? Or supplements? We have categorized coffee, tea, beverages, alcohol, snacks, and supplements into three types: "Does not break," "Ambiguous," and "Does break," with a single line explaining why.
■ Recording by Korean Food
You can search by actual dishes you eat, such as grilled pork belly, pork soup, kimchi stew, and tripe hot pot. You can tap frequently searched items to enter them directly, and even select the portion size, whether it is a full bowl or a half bowl of rice. Food information is stored within the app, so you can search without an internet connection.
■ Records and Widgets
A week's worth of fasting time is displayed at a glance as a bar chart. Days registered as company dinners are marked separately, allowing you to immediately see why your consecutive record hasn't been broken. If you place the home screen widget, you can see how many hours have passed without even opening the app. It continues to increase even after 16 hours.
■ Chubby Kitty
The more successful you are at fasting, the slimmer the kitty becomes. Conversely, if you don't open the app for a while, it gradually gets fatter, eventually lying on the floor scratching its belly. If you push its belly with your finger, it stretches out. The target of the teasing is always the kitty, not you.
