My first transaction with this app was not a great experience as it was significantly delayed, which was quite frustrating. However, the transfer was eventually completed. Since then, my subsequent transactions have been smooth, reliable, and delivered on time without any issues. Their exchange rates tend to be higher compared to several other platforms such as Lemfi and Taptap, which is something to consider. On a positive note, their customer service was responsive and helpful.

This version of Hb money transfer is fraud. I made a transaction on 29/03 and till now it hasn't been paid. The team keeps replying to me with 'YOUR TRANSACTION WILL BE PAID SOON ' even after 5 days. I've requested a cancellation and refund, but they're not doing that. I've contacted them several times, but nobody is minding me. Guys, be ware

I used this money transfer service to send money to my home country and they said the recipient details were wrong. Mind you I've use the same details with them for many months to send money and there were no issues. I tried contacting them via phone, WhatsApp chat and online chat and they started avoiding me. This was from the 11th of March. My recipient mysterious received the money on the 15th of April after I called and threatened them to take it to court. Very poor service.
