This application is designed to streamline employee and supervisor workflows with two dedicated login portals — one for Employees and one for Supervisors.
Employee Features:
Registration: Employees can register by filling in their complete personal and professional details.
Login Access: After registration employees can securely log in to access the app features.
Profile Management: Employees can view their profile details. If any changes are needed, they can leave comments or requests, which are reviewed and updated exclusively by the Admin.
Company Assignment: Once an employee is officially hired, they are assigned to a specific company by the Supervisor.
Supervisor Features:
Login Access: Supervisors have a dedicated login to manage various administrative functions.
Leave Applications: Supervisors can apply for leave directly through the app, which is sent to the Admin for approval.
Stationery Requests: Supervisors can submit stationery or supply applications to the Admin.
Employee Assignment: Once employees are hired, Supervisors have the authority to assign them to particular companies based on placement and availability.
