About this app

Make space for a pause that fits your day. Haika combines an animated pet, warm AI conversations, and 1–5 minute rituals to help you care for your wellbeing without pressure.

YOUR PET STAYS WITH YOU
Choose a pet with its own personality. It reacts to how you feel and suggests one simple action: breathe, move, rest, or reconnect with yourself.

WARM AI CONVERSATIONS
Share your day through text, voice, or photos, depending on your plan. Haika responds with care and turns the conversation into a practical next step for self-care.

SHORT DAILY RITUALS
Practice breathing, mindfulness, and gentle movement in 1–5 minute pauses designed for busy days.

WELLBEING WITH CONTEXT
Connect Health Connect so suggestions can adapt to your activity, sleep, and exercise.

PROGRESS WITHOUT PRESSURE
Complete missions, keep a gentle streak, and earn seeds and gems. Personalize your experience with animated pets and accessories.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
See your pet's status, your streak, and a small encouraging message from your Home Screen.

AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
The app and AI adapt automatically to your preferred language.

IMPORTANT
Haika offers self-care, not therapy. It does not diagnose or replace advice from a healthcare professional.

What’s new
