The new update is terrible. The app often crashes or suddenly stops in the middle of my favorite programs. It takes around five minutes to load, all while showing repeated error messages claiming there’s no internet connection, even though my connection is fine. On top of that, closing the app is extremely difficult — sometimes the only way is to restart my phone.

Dear technical associates: The new app has problems! One of them is when I stop or pause, the player, the window doesn't close but it shows the pause sign. So when I open it later on, it wouldn't come on live & starts where I left it before as if the buffer doesn't refresh. pause or play doesn't work on locked screen. Its very annoying. I hope you got what I meant. my phone OS is Android.

The Android app is currently experiencing several issues. Recently, changes were made that prevent users from closing the app when shutting down all other applications, which was previously possible. Additionally, when the app is opened, it resumes from the last program that was being watched instead of starting with the currently airing show. In some instances, the app simply continues to load without further action. We need the functionality to close the app along with all other apps.
