the app sucks. user input doesn't work correctly. sign-in instructions are terrible. made me think I had to scan my ID and Passport to login, but username login was hidden in a different screen. I need to pay rent, but can't do that easily as the other 1Q app. I need to use that outdated security card again plus use certificates. WHY DO YOU KEEP CHANGING THINGS?!?! Also, STOP CREATING NEW APPS, you have a billion apps already. Just update the existing app instead of causing people more issues.

Terrible. I try to sign up with my ID, it accepts it, but then when my passport is scanned it says system error. probably because my name order on my Korean ID and passport are not the same way. I will keep using the old app as it is so much more convenient and has no issues like this app. I agree with the other person who said just update the app instead of bringing out a new one every time.

Cannot log-in or register because name input is limited to 30 characters. My name is longer than 30 characters, so this is frustrating.
